I get a reasonable number of comments on this site every day, oftentimes on older posts. Here is one that I received today:

Seems odd that your choice of software is the only one without a link. I would think if is was so great you would provide a link. BTW your writing is muddled at best.

There are several points I would like to make concerning this comment.

1. WordPress links appear in the chart. It's also not too hard to find in Google. Just because there's no link in my article doesn't make it any less my choice.
2. My writing may be muddled, but yours doesn't use complete sentences and can't be bothered to write out "by the way".
3. Whereas I write over a thousand words on my site every day (with admittedly varying degrees of correct grammar and spelling), you didn't bother to write 200 words in your comment or leave a place where your writing could be otherwise evaluated.
4. You didn't leave a valid email address so that I could reply to your comment.
5. You stupid.

All of this just goes to show that there is no peace in leaving your opinions out on the internet for everyone to find. Inevitably, your central ideas will be overlooked because you spelled something wrong or made some other insignificant error, and every doofus on the net will come to point it out.
