I found these two pictures in the Yahoo "most emailed" list, and thought them interesting enough to share with you.
The first picture is of President Bush on the White House south lawn, taking a moment of silence to commemorate the loss on September 11, 2001. Everyone else in this picture is putting their hand on their heart. Does Bush have a stomach ache or something? I can't believe that he's too stupid to know where his heart is. Surely they have pictures of him on other occasions putting his hand in the right place. Anyone? Anyone?
The second picture was taken in Colmar, PA, where a protester was removed from a Bush rally during his speech. Effective use of non-lethal force there, buddy.
Where are the pictures of stupid things like this happening to Kerry? You'd think he would have as many cameras pointed at him that flubs like these would show up often, too. I don't recall any, though. Curious.
I can't find the pictures at the moment, but I know there are several where Kerry is not wearing any ear or eye protection while shooting a shotgun. While not immediately obvious to non gun owners (gun users) it is common sense that one should wear both eye and ear protection when shooting.
And the guy grabbing the girl's hair, I don't recognize him as Bush. Did Bush make him do that or is it just because that guy is a "Republican" that he is pulling that nice girl's hair?
Curious indeed.
(And BTW, I am not voting for either Bush or Kerry... I think they are both evil, ev-hul!!)
Not wearing eye protection while shooting might be a stupid thing to do, but so is riding a motorbike without a helmet, and people make that choice every day. I'm not saying that Kerry made a choice not to wear protective eye gear, just that it's easier to believe that Kerry made an honest mistake or didn't know any better than that Bush didn't know how to find his heart when so many others obviously did.
The guy in the photo was security at the RNC. It amuses me to know what kind of untrained fools Bush has around him to keep his version of the peace. This is not the kind of thing to which we should be able to associate a presidential candidate.
