Three Symbols - Three Guesses

Berta pointed out these strange symbols to me on a... Well, I'll let you guess where it came from. Note that there are three separate symbols in this image. Be sure to check for the one in the bottom left.

If you think you know what product this is part of, leave your guess in the comments. Instead of a real prize, kudos go to the guesser.

    I would say that is an example of classy wallpaper from a public restroom.

    Using this as a wallpaper design is actually a good idea. In fact, I may use such a design when I finally win the lottery and build my members-only bar, Club Baby Seal. Or maybe I'll clean up this image and use it as computer desktop wallpaper.

    It's also not a paper towel design (I'm not sure why your comment didn't stick Joshua, I got no notices whatsoever.) but that's more on the right track.

    It's a toilet paper design.

    I'm not sure a TP design would have a "Don't Flush" symbol, or a (what the hell IS that?) "Don't wipe your arse with this" symbol (?)... hmmm. no. I think it's personal product related though. I'd guess it's the adhesive cover for a feminine product?

    But then why would a feminine product have a "don't throw this in the trash" icon?

    ::slow:: ... oh I get it ... A feminine product ... ::slow::

    It's a MacDonalds burger wrapper, isn't it?

  8. Owen from www.asymptomatic.net 1969-12-31 19:00:00

    I would not be surprised to find these symbols on a McDonald's burger wrapper. I mean, they draw a circle to tell their own employees where the burger should sit in the wrapper (dead center), so if they don't trust their own employees enough to aim their burgers (and really, they shouldn't) then they certainly can't trust us not to wipe our butts with their wrapers.

    Sadly, the burger wrapper is not the answer.

    The correct answer: A wrapper for baby wipes.

    It struck Berta as particularly odd that you would wrap wipes in something that nearly implies that its contents should not be used for wiping. But you are meant to infer that the wrapper itself is not a wipe and should not be used as such. Silly.

    Even though it makes some sense, I find it very amusing that I've been instructed via a symbol not to do that particular thing. Could you imagine seeing these symbols elsewhere? Like on a sign at a construction site? Or maybe on a pack of cigarettes?
