Wow. On my way out to the WordPress meetup, there was a ton of traffic. All these shoppers are clogging up the road, further convincing me that the average shopper should not be given a license.
Anyway, the trend of business continues as I sit in Fergie’s waiting for lunch and the meetup. I’ve never seen Fergie’s this busy at this time of day. There must be 20 people in here. And our poor solo bartender/waitress is all alone. A big Christmas tip is forthcoming.
Tomorrow night, Pat’s flight arrives. I think I’ll be going into the city in the afternoon for the WordPress meetup, and then staying for the Weblogger meetup. After that, I’ll head over to World Cafe Life to meet with Laura about a new space for our meetup.
Whenever I’m done there, I might head into the city to do some shopping, since I haven’t done any yet this season. Nobody’s getting gifts from me!
