Ha! I find this stupidly amusing:
This is a section of the Dashboard in one of my WordPress test sites. Someone (hi, Donncha) has managed to get a Technorati link to http://localhost on their site, and now there are incoming links to my localhost that show up on my WP Dashboard.
There are certain comment spammers that hit this site more often than others. I recognize the IP addresses of the systems they send comments from.
When my registration of asymptomatic.com accidentally expired (I changed email addresses from the one in my registrar’s database), one of the many BuyDomains idiots snatched it up. They’re selling it now for $3888. They’ve been squatting for two years waiting for takers.
Valerie wrote about kid’s TV shows over at her site, and I was going to interject in her comments, but this got pretty long. Besides that, it seems like I’m always a big downer over there, and didn’t want my Mr. Rogers info to bring everyone off their high.
Anyhow, concerning the Crayola factory that Mr. Rogers is famous for putting on display: I’ve actually been inside the Binney and Smith factory in Easton for a high-school fieldtrip.
Bud from Pseudomain just IM’ed me, which is unusual by itself, but even moreso this time - He’s in London!
