Doorman Spider

I don’t remember what we were doing exactly, perhaps moving things in the front door from outside. Berta came out back and told me that there was a huge spider on the doorbell.

I really think this spider was trying to solicit something, because he was perched atop the doorbell wondering what to do next.

Abberina Ballerina

Abby’s been taking ballet classes on Saturdays for the past couple weeks. She’s only had two classes so far, and our vacation has interrupted them somewhat, but she seems to enjoy the dancing. She’s scheduled for a whole year of learning to dance.

It’s not just a ballet class, but a tap class as well. We went through a lot of trouble finding dancing equipment (outfit and shoes) that fit such a small little kid. The little tap shoes are cute.

Disney Moblog

Assuming everything went according to plan, we arrived safely in Orlando. (I’m writing this on Friday, even though it’s scheduled for Sunday.) I thought I would take a moment to descibe the methods that I’m using (or attempting to use) to get info back to the blog for your consumption.

Accuweather Pro

Have you seen Accuweather? Maybe on TV? Well, they’re on the web and their pro product is very cool.

Not only can you get the regular summary forecasts, but you can get hour-by-hour forecasts for the next 15 days. They offer 20+ different kinds of moving radar images. But the best part is this cool Flassh applet.
