Impressions of Iraq War

60 percent of Americans hold one of three incorrect views on the war in Iraq.  Of those who hold one of the three incorrect views, 53% support the war.  Of those that hold all three incorrect views, 86% support the war.  Of those that know what they're talking about, only 25% support the war.  Americans are led by their poor television media.

Timeshares in India?

Ok, so Berta and I went to the Global Advantage thing - hopefully it can help get a good price on my upcoming trip to India.

We dropped Abby off at Mom's around 7pm on Wednesday.  I left work at a reasonable time, and when I got home, I got to play catch with Abby.  I was sad when I had to stop the playtime to cart her to Mom's for the dropoff, and things only got worse.

Global Advantage

I got this message on the answering machine at home. It was some guy telling me that I had put my name into a drawing and that I had won a prize. It sounded conspicuously like some kind of advertising pitch for a three reasons: 1) He started talking before the beep and the beginning of the message was cut off, so he was probably a recording. 2) His voice sounded like it was coming through one of those lousy headsets with people in the background. 3) He didn't use my name. The whole thing sounded like a recording just meant to be dialled at random.

Anyway, I ignored it. He said something about winning a car or some nonsense, but if it was some marketing thing I didn't feel interested.
