Slaps?
I’ve never heard an official name given to this game. We never played it in the way that this Flash game depicts it, though. We always used to put our hands on top (or underneath) our opponent’s.http://www.operationslaps.com/

Do you ever see something out of the corner of your eye and get it stuck in your head somehow? Like, maybe there's a sign for fried chicken as you're driving down the road, and you see it on the periphery, and then you suddenly start thinking about chicken.
It's one thing when you notice yourself doing this, and know the source of the "inspiration". But I wonder how many times this happens and I don't realize that I've been influenced by a sign or a flash of sound on the radio or some subliminal TV message.
Thankfully, there just isn’t as much to watch this year. Nothing really good starts until late September, but it might be interesting to see the season finales of next season’s shows before the new season starts. http://www.tvpicks.net/fallpreviews/2003-04fallgrid.html
Tire of telemarketers? You have until Sunday (August 31) to register, otherwise it’s a 3-month wait.http://www.donotcall.gov/
In looking for a way to catch the "new" breed of spam that uses randomly-generated words to foil bayesian filters, I came up with an idea to use a vowel/consonant word ratio.
Basically, a filter would compare the number of vowels in a word with the number of letters in a word to compute a ratio. If the ratio for a message falls within a certain threshold, the message is good. Otherwise, it's spam.
