I recently had the need for some audio equipment to hook some hardware to my computer, and after finding their site, I quickly sifted through their recommendations and selected my items. I saw that everything was in stock, and proceeded to the checkout. I was greeted by a shipping notice that said “Ground Shipping Only”. Well, I needed this stuff for the weekend, so I called their saels line to ask why I couldn’t get next-day or two-day shipping.
It turns out they’re in the process of moving their warehouse. So unfortunately, they can’t expedite orders, even though all regular shipping (5-10 days) would be free.
The kicker is that without prompting the guy referred me to another music equipment site so I could get my stuff when I needed it.
When I have more music equipment needs, this is the type of place that’ll get my business. If you need an amp or a couple cables, give them a shot and pay them back for me, would ya?
