I really want to solidly endorse staying up until all hours of the night to finish a project that you’ve been dying to do for a while. This Almost Friday thing has been an idea of mine for quite some time, and without the motivation of Blogathon, I don’t think I would have been able to get it done.
While I have this opportunity, let me take a look at what some of the people who I read online are doing with their Blogathon activities at this late hour. I really hope none of them are having trouble staying awake. I’ve left hit-and-run messages. Maybe they’ll stop by.
In spite of Riley being uncooperative last night, I feel reasonably well-oiled, with the exception of getting confused about whether I’ve posted something for the current half-hour or not. Very confusing. I wrote out all the half-hours and what chapter I’m supposed to post at what time so I don’t have to work it all out. It’s really not helping that the server time is ahead by an hour.
And where’s my site monitor? Did you run off with another site? Left me standing here at the computer altar did you? The noive!
Ah well. Chapter 15 goes online at 4am. It’s pretty good. There’s a Chinese grocery, and some chinese grocers. Because that’s where you find them. They scream in Chinese.
I have nothing more to say on this matter at this time.
