Man, I’m just the luckiest guy this Christmas! My Secret Santa had already sent a wonderful gift of the System of the World, but today a postcard arrived from Amazon informing me that she has ordered me a gift subscription to Interview magazine! Isn’t that cool?
Interview has been on my Amazon list for so long… I’m so glad that it’s finally coming. Mucho thanks to my Secret Santa, who will be revealed to me officially on Christmas. (I have a good idea who you are, but I don’t want to assume anything and post my foot into my mouth.)
Also arrived today… Berta’s Christmas gift. I had this one shipped to work so she wouldn’t know when or from where it came. The box is a bit smaller than I expected (I haven’t opened it yet), but I suppose that it really is the right size for its contents. So I only have to stop and pick up some stocking stuffer items and I’ll be done. I’ll probably do this tomorrow at lunch time. Yay!
