With Berta laid up after the whole labor thing, I’ve been taking Abby to school in the morning. On my way home, I’ve been taking the long way and stopping at Einstein Bros. bagel shop in Exton.
If you have one of these near you, you should really make a point to stop by. They have great bagels, and the bagel sandwiches are pretty good. I’m not talking about the McDonald’s-like egg and sausage on a bagel, either. I’m talking about yummy turkey club on bagel.
The schmears are the best. I got a tub of blueberry for when I go back to work next week, so that I can make bagels at home with the same goodness. The only thing is, at the store they put about as much cream cheese on the bagel as is in my entire little tub. It’s a lot, but it’s so good.
Maybe tomorrow’s lunch will be over there. I long for fresh bagels now. I might even have some time this afternoon. It’s a shame they close at 4pm, or there would be bagels for dinner.
