I stopped at Wawa between dropping Abby off at school and going to work so I could get something to drink. (Wawa is the regional convenience store, named after a local farm, which was named after a tribe of indians.) A large van belonging to some car servicing company was parked oddly - it was blocking several prime parking spaces. I didn’t really get a good look at what was going on, but I was thinking, “That’s somewhat rude to just sit there and block all of those parking spots, not to mention the traffic flow, just so you can talk to your buddy while you drink your coffee.”

When I came out of Wawa, I realized what was going on.

The van had taken a sharp turn to its right when pulling out of the parking spot. The middle of the van (it was more like a small truck) is normally about 2 feet off the ground, and when it came around the turn, it was over the hood of the P.T. Cruiser sitting next to it. As the turn progressed, the side of the van began to slice into the hood of the Cruiser, until both cars were wedged inextractably into each other.

I really need to start carrying a camera with me everywhere. I see crazy stuff like this on a semi-daily basis.
