This is a new WordPress plugin that adds a couple of buttons to the Quicktags toolbar in the post editor: Find and Find Next.

Unzip the archive into your wp-content/plugins directory, then activate the plugin in your WordPress admin panel.

When you look at the Write Post page, you should see the new buttons.
