Now, see, that goat, however, also almost assisted in the death of my little sister once.
Now you’re paying attention.
So this goat belonged to my brother. I don’t remember why we had this goat, honestly. We just did. And he was my brother’s. His name was Martin. We used to hook him up to the Red Flyer wagon and have him pull us around. One of us would ride in the wagon with one of the little kids while the other would lead us around.
I am going to tell you about a trip I am going to take, instead of a trip I have already took.
As you already know, I’m a #wordpress regular. During my times in #wordpress, I’ve met several people I now consider to be friends. One of those friends is Chris J. Davis.
I have a confession to make, Jamaica isn’t a traditional “vacation spot” for me, it’s where I was born. But in my own defense, I moved to the states when I was very young so going back to Jamaica is like a vacation.
Every time I stepped off the plane I was bombarded by the smells and sounds of the island. The last time I went to Jamaica, it wasn’t on pleasant terms - it was to bury one of my beloved relatives and it was a bittersweet trip.
My favourite holiday destination ever, is surprisingly the south of France. The département of Var to be exact. This year we spent a fortnight in a small town called Seillans (Sey-on). Inland, where we were, the prices were generally very reasonable, except in the "gatronomique" restaurant, where the menu was so flowery you couldn't understand it. Let me rephrase that. The menu was in French (which I hope I have a good grasp of, especially doing A-level French), but it wasn't simple, say it was a steak, it wasn't "Steak Diane", it was "A delightful tender steak in a sauce of...". It confused me
All in all, Southern France gets a double thumbs up, we got back and had next years holiday in France booked within a month. Although we are going about an hour further along the coast.
