The first of two American History X assignments. Not so good.
I recently did a very simple, broad search on Google for "computer downingtown", and it turned up a few interesting results.
I rather enjoyed this guy's story about his first computer, an Amiga 1000. My first computer wasn't an Amiga. Actually, my Amiga 500 was my third computer. Second was my Commodore 64. First was the Timex Sinclair 1000. I have fond memories of computer club in fourth grade, staying late after school and writing simple programs that drew pictures on the screen. I didn't really even know what a video game was. Even by the time I had the C64, I wasn't thinking too much of games. Of course, getting into the pirate/phreak scene as I did led to an obsess of video games.
This card game is just neat. You can make up the entire game yourself. No, really. Check out the rules.http://www.dvorakgame.co.uk/
